These Terms of Use govern your use of ShotTidy, an iOS application developed by MBX Services LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using ShotTidy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ShotTidy is an iOS application that analyzes screenshots using AI (GPT-4o Vision) and organizes extracted information into a structured personal catalog. The App stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs via iCloud for Pro subscribers.

2. Subscription — ShotTidy Pro

2.1. Auto-Renewable Subscription

ShotTidy offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription with the following terms:

• Name: ShotTidy Pro
• Duration: 1 month (renews automatically each month)
• Price: As displayed in the App and App Store at the time of purchase
• Features included: Unlimited screenshot analysis, 10 enrichment credits per 30-day period, custom categories, AI category fields, and iCloud sync

2.2. Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

2.3. Managing and Canceling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

2.4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

3. One-Time Purchases

The App also offers one-time purchases of enrichment credit packs. These are consumable in-app purchases and are non-refundable once redeemed.

4. Free Plan Limitations

Users on the free plan are subject to the following limits:

• Up to 5 screenshot analyses per 30-day rolling period.
• 1 enrichment credit included at no charge.
• No access to custom categories, AI category fields, or iCloud sync.

5. User Responsibilities

By using ShotTidy, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not analyze screenshots containing third-party confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App or its services.
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure or services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Screenshot images are transmitted to OpenAI's API solely for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Catalog data is stored locally on your device and, for Pro subscribers, optionally synced via iCloud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with ShotTidy are the property of MBX Services LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is expressly stated here.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or free of errors. Use of AI-extracted information is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBX Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
